How to respond to customers

In: follow up

Follow-Up messages are something that is send in respond. People visiting your site may subscribe  for a newsletter, in response to that you should send introduction message. Your aim is not to sell (not yet!) but to build up an relationship with your customers. Introduction letter will put you in a better position because your recipients already know who you are and that you are a reliable source. Follow-up messages should include something useful for a reader the point of all this is to make people feel positive impressions. The best and the easiest way to do so is to put yourself on a place of your recipient and try to think of what do u want to get. When you are not sure if you have achieved your goal best thing to do is to give this message to one of your friends and ask what impression does it make. Follow-up messages should never introduce more than one product in one message it will become too confusing, stick strictly to this rule one email one product.
